New Balance Reach the Beach Relay Race Series: Wachusett to Westport

We are excited to announce the launch of the New Balance Reach the Beach Relay Race Series beginning with a brand new, spring event. On May 20th, 2011, runners from around the country will line up and take part in our first race based in Massachusetts. The race will begin at Wachusett Mountain Ski area and finish at Horseneck Beach State Reservation.

New Balance has signed on as the title sponsor of the Series which will enable us to bring you many of our signature amenities such as high performance New Balance race shirts, the “NB Tent City”, and team category prizes. These, along with our pre-race dinner party, team photos, post event finishers BBQ, live bands, enthusiastic volunteers and spectacular New England scenery make the New Balance RTB Relay: Wachusett to Westport a “must do” spring relay event.

The New Balance Reach the Beach Relay: Wachusett to Westport will be modeled after our highly acclaimed New Hampshire event and will feature many of the Massachusetts State Parks. You will run through historic New England towns, past beautiful vistas and by stunning ocean views as you and your team head towards the finish in Westport.
