Step 1: One lead person from each volunteer group needs to sign up their group by clicking on the GROUP registration link below and filling in the information for the group as well as contact information. This person will serve as the Point of Contact (POC) with the race staff. You will be asked to choose a password for future access in managing your crew.
Volunteer GROUP Registration & Point of Contact Sign Up Each group needs to sign up only once. Step 2: Once the group and the POC has been signed up, ALL volunteers (this includes those under 18 years of age) for that particular Transition Area (TA) will need to complete an Individual Volunteer form and sign the liability waiver by clicking on the link below. Individual Volunteer Sign Up Step 3: The volunteer group POC can manage their group by using the group roster link below. You will be asked for the password you selected in Step 1. Please check your group roster on a regular basis to make sure all of your volunteers have registered as this is what we will be using to determine the t-shirt and name tag needs for your particular group. Note: Open and Close times are approximate and are based on the current course and starting times. Final times will be communicated directly to all volunteer groups before the event. |
